Autoextract receives recurring tabular reports by email and writes the resulting data to a Google Sheet you control. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your account email; the report files you send us; the structure we detect from them, including a short preview of the first rows of the sample you upload; the sender, recipient, subject, and file name of each email your automations receive; the trusted senders you add; and the processing history for each automation (execution dates, counts, and errors).
How report files are handled
Original report files are stored privately and automatically deleted after 7 days. The data extracted from them is written to the Google Sheet you connect. To detect duplicates and changes between reports, Autoextract keeps one-way fingerprints (hashes) of each row, not the rows themselves. The sample preview, fingerprints, and processing history are kept until you delete the automation. Autoextract does not use your data for any purpose beyond running your automations.
Google access
When you connect Google, Autoextract requests only the permission to create and edit the specific spreadsheets it creates for your automations (the drive.file scope) — it cannot see or modify any other file in your Google Drive. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Autoextract’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who can see your data
Your automations, files, and spreadsheets are isolated to your account. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Trigger.dev (background processing), Resend (email delivery), and Google (your spreadsheet).
Your choices
You can delete an automation at any time, which removes its configuration, processing history, and stored report files. Your Google Sheet itself is never deleted by Autoextract.
