Terms of Service

Last updated: this is an early-access draft — replace this notice once the terms have been reviewed.

Early access

Autoextract is currently offered as a free, invite-based early access product. Features, limits, and availability may change without notice while in this phase. We may pause or remove access for accounts that misuse the service.

What the service does

You send Autoextract recurring CSV or XLSX reports by email. Autoextract detects their structure, and — once you confirm it — keeps a Google Sheet you own up to date automatically. You are responsible for the accuracy of the reports you send and for reviewing the automations you configure.

Acceptable use

Do not use Autoextract to process data you are not authorized to handle, or to send reports containing highly regulated data such as medical records — this is currently outside the product's intended scope.

Limits during early access

Accounts are limited to a small number of automations, a maximum file size, and a maximum number of rows per report. Original report files are retained for 7 days and then deleted.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is during early access, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep your spreadsheet accurate and to stop processing rather than write incorrect data when we detect a problem, but you should treat your Google Sheet as the source you verify, not an infallible one.
