Stop pasting the same report into a spreadsheet every week.

Forward the report you already get by email. Autoextract keeps one Google Sheet correct from it, and if the report ever changes, it pauses before writing a single row.

Free early access. We approve new accounts by hand.

Set it up once and stop opening the report.

Six steps, each shown with the product’s own screen. You do the first four once; after that, every report is handled as it arrives.

Step 1: Send one sample of the report.

Create an automation and upload one export you already have. Autoextract finds the main table, reads the header row and infers each column’s type: text, number or date.

  • Nothing is written anywhere yet: this is only a reading
  • When one column identifies each row, such as order_id, it is suggested as the record key

Step 2: Confirm the columns and how rows are kept.

Review what was detected, then choose what should happen when next week’s report arrives. This is the only decision you make, and you make it once.

  • Pick another record key, or combine columns when one is not enough
  • Three ways to keep rows; each one is played out in step 5

Step 3: Connect your Google account. The sheet is created for you.

Sign in with Google and Autoextract creates one spreadsheet in your Drive for this automation, with a worksheet for your rows, one for runs and one for rows it could not write.

  • It only asks for access to files it creates, not to the rest of your Drive
  • A History worksheet is added when rows are kept up to date

Step 4: Forward every new report to its address.

Your platform keeps emailing its export as usual. A Gmail or Outlook filter forwards it to the automation’s own address, and every email that arrives becomes a run.

  • Only senders you approve are processed
  • Gmail’s forwarding confirmation is handled for you
  • One CSV or XLSX attachment per email, up to 25 MB

Step 5: The sheet keeps itself up to date.

Mode

Keep records up to date

New orders are added and changed orders are updated. The version they replaced moves to History.

Use it when
The same order, invoice or ticket can come back with new information.
A changed row
Is updated in place, matched by its record key.
The old version
Moves to the History worksheet, with the time it was replaced.

Your report works differently? See the same week in another mode.

Step 6: If the report changes, it pauses.

A removed, renamed or added column, or a changed type, stops the run before anything is written. You see exactly what changed; nothing is guessed.

Your sheet
Stays exactly as it was.
Runs
Record what changed and when.
While paused
New reports are kept, not written. Resume when you are ready.

Narrow on purpose. Correct every week.

One recurring report, one spreadsheet. If your report fits, it stays correct without you. If it does not, we would rather say so now.

What it does

  • CSV and XLSX attachments, up to 25 MB
  • One main table per report, with a header row
  • Three modes: new records only, up to date by a key, or a history of each report
  • One Google Sheet you own, written in batches
  • Every run, rejected row and structure change, logged in the sheet

What it does not do

  • PDFs, scans or images
  • Several tables or attachments in one email
  • Destinations other than Google Sheets
  • Custom transformations or formulas
  • Guessing when a report changes

Send one sample. Stop pasting.

Tell us which report you would start with. We open accounts one at a time and email you when yours is ready.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to change how I get the report?

No. Keep the scheduled export your platform already emails you. A Gmail or Outlook filter forwards it to your automation’s address; the setup screen walks you through it.

What can Autoextract see in my Google account?

Only the spreadsheets it creates. It asks for Google’s narrowest Drive permission, which gives no access to your other files.

How long do you keep my reports?

Original files are deleted 7 days after they are processed. The rows stay in your sheet and in Autoextract’s database, which is how it knows what changed from one report to the next.

What if a report does not arrive?

Nothing is written and the sheet keeps the last report’s data. Autoextract does not yet warn you when a report is missing.

How many reports can I automate?

Up to three during early access, one automation per report, each with its own spreadsheet.

Is early access free?

Yes. Early access is free while we work with a small number of users. Pricing will be announced before it ends.
